INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE IN JULY: Leadership and management in digital transformation age

INTRODUCTION

The international conference Leadership and Management in the digital transformation age is an event in the series of seminars DAAS (Diderot Advanced Academic Seminars) of the International Francophone Institute (IFI). The conference is co-organized by IFI in collaboration with domestic and foreign partners: University of Economics and Business, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (UEB), Enterprise Development Foundation (EDF-VCCI, Vietnam), AsiaInvest Group (Singapore), TIBCO Group (USA), Institute for Africa and Middle East Studies (Vietnam), Hanoi National University Science Club (VSL) and media sponsor of Business Forum Newspaper.

CALL FOR PAPERS  

Digital transformation is not only a technological trend, but also a factor that drastically changes every aspect of life and society, and leadership and management are no exception. How to seize opportunities and to solve the challenges of the digital age – it is a big problem for every organization and company. The key to solving this problem, in our opinion, is rethinking leadership and management – from philosophy, subject, object to skills of leadership and management.

To study new theories and ideas as well as to share new leadership and management experiences in organizations and businesses, under the sponsorship of Vietnam National University in Hà Nội and support of University of Economics and Business, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (UEB), the Enterprise Development Foundation (EDF-VCCI, Vietnam) in collaboration with AsiaInvest Group (Singapore), TIBCO Software (USA), Institute for Africa and Middle East Studies (Vietnam), Hanoi National University Science Club (VSL) and media sponsor of Business Forum Newspaper a seminar on Leadership and management in digital transformation age.

The organizers would like to invite scientists, experts, leaders, and managers to participate in the conference. The high-quality contributions will be selected for the proceeding of DAAS with ISBN and La Francophonie in Asia – Pacific magazine (FAP) or VNU Journal of Science: Economics and Business.

TOPICS AND PARTICIPATION GUIDELINES

Topics of interest for submission include, but are not limited to

• Trends and impacts of digital transformation

• The impacts of artificial intelligence, blockchain and other new technologies on leadership and management

• Leadership and management 4.0 in businesses

• Leadership and management 4.0 in public organizations

• Impacts of the new media on leadership and management

• Training human resources for leadership and management 4.0

• E-government and digitizing leadership and management activities

• Legal framework for leadership and management in the digital transformation age

• Leadership and management experiences in digital transformation

Submission guidelines

• Proposal (subject, 3-5 keywords): less than 500 words

• Full text (summary and keywords): less than 5000 words

• The full text is drafted in the form of .doc, with the author’s name, phone number and institution nam

• Language: English, Vietnamese

• Posting fees for the proceeding of DAAS: 50USD
