Seminar: Accumulating knowledge to win - Lesson learnt by an entrepreneur

The seminar had the participation of speaker, businessman, and expert in data management associated with digital transformation and entrepreneurship, Pierre Bonnet. He is also the co-founder of IT company Orchestra Networks and General Director of TIBCO Vietnam when selling Orchestra Networks to TIBCO Group of the United States. On the IFI side, there were Mr. Phùng Danh Thắng, Director; Mr. Hồ Tường Vinh, Vice President of the Scientific and Academic Council; Mr. Đào Tùng, Head of Office of Academic & Student Affairs (IFI-FORMATION) and all students of the Master’s program in Intelligent Systems and Multimedia (SIM). In addition, the event also attracted young entrepreneurs and startups to participate online via Zoom.
At the beginning of the program, Mr. Phùng Danh Thắng, the Director of the International Francophone Institute, thanked Mr. Pierre Bonnet for participating in the seminar as a speaker, then introduced the book “Meta Entrepreneur”. This is a work compiled by Mr. Bonnet, a summary of over 30 years of experience, bringing useful advice to readers to achieve sustainable growth for businesses as well as avoiding being trapped in trial and error when starting a business.
Following up, Mr. Pierre Bonnet gave a presentation on how to manage personal knowledge to adapt and develop in the digital age. The French businessman shared: “I find this a very interesting seminar. The students asked me really practical questions that related to today’s topic. Also, they did ask me about the necessary skills in knowledge management to improve job search as well as success in a professional environment”.
The seminar took place successfully, filled with valuable knowledge and experiences given to IFI students and the startup community.
