This symposium is among the serie of DAAS events (Diderot Advanced Academic Seminars) held by IFI in 2018. With over twenty years experience in IT training and research, one of IFI's most prominent activities in recent years has been implementing digitization projects for cultural and natural heritages, using computers and other modern technologies to serve society. The purpose of this event is to provide a interdisciplinary forum for scientists, researchers and leaders to discuss the inheritance and preservation of heritage values towards sustainable development; particularly in Vietnam and the Asia Pacific region.
