The Master's program in Information Technology (IT), specializing in Intelligent Systems and Multimedia at IFI is designed to integrate interdisciplinary knowledge in the field of information technology (modeling and simulation, artificial intelligence, human-machine interactive data mining, software technology, etc.).

Tuition Fee (2024-2026): 120.000.000 VND / 2 years
Note: This tuition fee only corresponds to 50% of the total one, and the other 50% has already been sponsored by Vietnam National University and IFI's partners.
Scholarship
Accommodation scholarship at the Dormitory (for 6-8 people per room) of Vietnam National University (based on the actual time spent in Vietnam, not exceeding 16 months). The scholarship does not include electricity and water expenses.
Monthly living allowance scholarship: 1.500.000 VND per month.
The quantity, allocation, form, and conditions of scholarships are adjusted annually based on the decisions of the scholarship evaluation committee of IFI.

III. ADMISSION
Admission requirements
1. Regarding qualifications:
Applicant must have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or relevant major, such as Computer Science; Computer Networks and Data Communication; Software Engineering; or Information Systems.
Applicant who has a Bachelor's degree in a field closely relevant to Information Technology (IT) should study an IT supplement program to reach an equivalent level before submitting to this Master's program. The closely relevant majors are: Computer Pedagogy; Industrial Technical Pedagogy (Mathematical Foundation for Computer Science specialization); Management Information Systems; Computer Engineering; Computer Engineering Technology; Computational Science; Mathematics; Computational Mathematics; Electronics Engineering Technology; Electrical and Electronic Engineering Technology; Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering Technology; Control and Automation Engineering Technology; Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering Technology.
The IT supplement program includes 13 credits:
Discrete Mathematics (4 credits)
Advanced Programming (3 credits)
Database Systems (3 credits)
Data Structures and Algorithms (3 credits)
Note: For majors not listed above, the decision will be based on the information in the applicant's diploma and university grade report.
2. Regarding French conditions:
At the time of official enrollment: Applicants should be at Level 3 in French according to the 6-level Foreign Language Proficiency Framework for Vietnam, or B1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) or equivalent.
After completing the first year, students should be at least Level 4 in French according to the 6-level Foreign Language Proficiency Framework for Vietnam, or B2 certification according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR), or equivalent.
Applicants must hold a Bachelor's, master's, or doctoral degree from a foreign university teaching in French, recognized by the competent authority according to current regulations.
Applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree in French language studies.
Applicants must be citizens of a country where French is the official language.

IV. ADMISSION FILE
Completed application form with complete information and attached photo (according to the registration form on the online admissions portal).
Curriculum vitae (in French).
Notarized copy of the original diploma of undergraduate studies (in French and English).
Notarized copy of the original transcript of records for the academic year (in French and English).
Letter of recommendation from a lecturer (Ph.D. or higher) or an IT expert (in English).
Health certificate issued by authorized medical services of the candidate's country of residence within the last six months before submitting the application (with an English translation); this document must ensure that the candidate is not affected by any infectious or congenital diseases.
A valid copy of the passport for at least 30 months.
Four (4) passport-sized photos (taken within the last six months).
Evidence of sufficient financial resources to cover the living expenses in Vietnam, for example, one of the following documents, mandatory in English:
- Bank statement in the candidate's name certified by the bank, with a minimum balance of 5000 USD or its equivalent.
- Sponsorship letter or support organization, along with notarized copies of the identification card and bank statement showing a minimum balance of 5000 USD or its equivalent.
- Bank account in Vietnam in the candidate's name, with a minimum balance of 5000 USD or its equivalent.
- Evidence of student loan granted by a bank.
- Any other accepted legal evidence.
Note: All monetary amounts displayed in the reports must be in USD or converted to USD.
V. SUBMISSION PROCEDURE
For Vietnamese candidates: Submit your application directly at IFI (during working hours) or by mail through the postal service.
For international candidates: Send your scanned application via email to the address: admission.ifi@vnu.edu.vn. Original documents should be submitted upon arrival in Vietnam.
