IFI signs a cooperation agreement with ODOC Corp (Japan)

On May 06, 2020, IFI and ODOC Corp, (Japan) officially signed a cooperation agreement to implement human resources training programs in the digital age.

Industrial Revolution 4.0 is creating a rapid change in business management and operation. This has a direct impact on personnel management in each enterprise, posing an urgent need to promptly adapt the staff to new job requirements in the current period.

ODOC is a Japanese company specialized in training programs on human resources management, research, and development of technology solutions for HR management and evaluation systems. Japanese-style management has long been considered one of the most effective management schools that has been successfully applied by many businesses worldwide. This cooperation program aims at improving the corporate governance capacity of organizations and individuals during the Industrial Revolution 4.0 period, making the most effective use of the strengths of the Japanese governance model in training programs.

IFI is currently emphasizing and focusing on increasing cooperation with foreign companies in order to promote scientific and technological cooperation and transfer activities. It also helps expand internship and employment opportunities for Vietnamese and international students enrolled in IFI's master's programs.
