The talkshow "Career Orientation and New Skills in the Era of 4.0"

The seminar was accompanied by the participation of Happy Geese Startup Joint Stock Company, I&E Education and Technology Development Company, and AM Group Joint Stock Company.

The event had the participation of several units affiliated with VNU, including Dr. Nguyễn Tiến Thảo, Director of the Testing Center; Dr. Nguyễn Năng Định from the University of Technology; Dr. Nguyễn Văn Tánh, Secretary of the Youth Union of the International School - VNU, Deputy Head of the Student Affairs Office; and student Nguyễn Tuấn Thành from the International School - VNU, Former President of the Study Support and Soft Skills Club iSupport.

Guests and accompanying units included Dr. Nguyễn Tuấn Anh from the Institute for Youth Studies, Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union; Ms. Phan Thị Niềm, Director of AM Corporation; Ms. Nguyễn Lan Phương, Director of the Education & Technology Development Company I&E; Ms. Lý Thị Dung, Head of the Foreign Affairs Department of Happy Geese Corporation; Mr. Vũ Anh Dũng - Deputy Director of the Scholarship Program - Digital Career.

Representing IFI, there were Mr. Phùng Danh Thắng, Director of the IFI; Mr. Đào Tùng, Director of the Office of Academic & Student Affairs; Mr. Phan Xuân Thắng, Director of the Center for Education and Training (IFI-PUF), Director of the Scholarship Program - Digital Career.

The discussion featured the presence of teachers representing VNU's training units, teachers, and especially more than 1000 students and parents from the Specialized High School Biên Hòa, Hà Nam province.

The program started with high school students listening to Dr. Nguyễn Tiến Thảo sharing information about VNU's competency assessment exam. Following the program, Dr. Nguyễn Năng Định shared information about the Nguyễn Năng Định Scholarship for poor students and the Career Orientation Scholarship within the ILACA ecosystem for high school students nationwide.

The event continued with the participation of Dr. Nguyễn Tuấn Anh, a psychologist from the Institute for Youth Studies, Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union. With extensive knowledge and rich experience, the presentations of the speakers provided useful information and helped students easily determine their career direction for the future in fields that are developing in society.

The talk show was not only a place to share intellectual messages but also an opportunity to discuss the necessary skills for success in the era of 4.0. The discussion with the participation of the speakers: Dr. Nguyễn Tiến Thảo, Dr. Nguyễn Tuấn Anh, and student Nguyễn Tuấn Thành was lively, revolving around the importance of creativity, soft skills, and the ability to work in teams - factors that determine success in today's work environment.

The talk show was part of the career experience program for high school students from Specialized High School Biên Hòa, Hà Nam province, which took place on January 28-29, 2024.
